ACCOMMODATION
Victorian splendour with everything you need to have
a restful & restorative Holiday

RELAX IN NATURE

Step inside this delightful property, built around a Victorian railway carriage and you will find yourself in a spacious hallway running the length of the carriage.

The hall opens to an adorable dual-aspect kitchen/diner. This compact yet perfectly-appointed area boasts a gorgeous little breakfast bar/dining area, providing all the essentials including a microwave oven, electric hob and a fridge.

From here the hall leads to the pretty bedroom with a double bed and lovely antique furniture, and then a fabulous contemporary yet in keeping shower room with shower and WC. Finally, there is the sitting area, a cosy space with a comfortable sofa and chair, Smart TV and DAB/CD player with Bluetooth. French doors from the sitting area give access to a large covered veranda with seating, where you can enjoy panoramic views across the countryside to Exeter in the distance.

There is also a small garden area with a charcoal BBQ. During your stay you are welcome to stroll around 16 acres of private grounds including a secluded valley and newly planted woodland, home to a wealth of wildlife. Private off-road parking is located directly outside the property and there is also a useful utility shed with a washer/dryer and secure bicycle storage.  Within the grounds is a fire pit and bench to enjoy the evening peace.
